Works with the Marketing and ECommerce Departments on internet layout, slotting and proofing
Manage the online content for products
Contribute to and deliver the online product strategy
Work with warehouse to manage and improve stock availability online
Directly the product selection for online features and create appropriate merchandise and marketing concepts using ecommerce best practices
Develop effective business relationships with product suppliers
Possess the financial skill sets to complete accurate financial plans, as well as effective competitive and user analysis
Review competitor activity, pricing and promotions
Job requirement:
Graduated from Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
Communication skills, both verbal and written in English
Experience in internet shopping mall with product selection, merchandising, and business analysis
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage differing points of view and determine an appropriate solution
Proficiency in using content management for sophisticated merchandising placements
Strong financial and analytical skills as well as the ability to think creatively demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work as a team player
Previous use with web analytic tools
Strong organizational and time management skills

2. Marketing Manager

Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Associate offline and online marketing activities to achieve overall marketing goals.
Direct overall offline and online marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs.
Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan in conjunction with Merchandising department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
Manage all Marketing Department’s budget. Delivery of all activity with agreed budget. Direction with staff where budgets are devolved.
Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc
Develop alliance business with other company: card payment marketing, VIP program (offline alliance), portal site, news portal site, game portal site
Develop new business: mobile payment, advertising business

Job requirement:
BA degree (MBA preferred) in marketing or equivalent
Over 3 years experience in Sale & Marketing of FMCG or retailing at the same position
Fluent English both speaking & writing
Creative and flexible
Management skill

Develop and plan digital marketing strategy
Problem solve and partner with cross functional departments
Lead all online marketing campaign execution including SEO, PPC, SMO, Email Marketing, Online P.R, online event, Display Ads, cobranding, affiliate programs etc.
Lead online promotion and loyalty programs
Prepare and analyze site & campaign KPI (traffics, lead, conversions etc)
Controlling the budgets for all online activities
Project manage all site building & enhancements
Oversee management of layout and content, site usability; ensure brand image is communicated through effective product presentation, site features and functionality
Oversee the merchandise of the site
Manage online marketing agencies
Job requirement:
At least 3 years experience in ECommerce or Digital Marketing
Experience in agency environment / retail business is a plus
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, web analytic tools
Passion for creativity and strong desire for success is a must
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong organization and time management skills required
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
